The MAXIMUM number of attendees at any SBIsetup course is TEN
participants.

Our courses
only commence when more than FIVE people have registered and
PAID.

It is every attendees responsibility to read our eBook and view the videos to ensure that
they have access to our conference room and that their audio and recording systems on their computer are
working correctly BEFORE we commence the training sessions.

Refund Policy: Course Terms - Once the course commences we have a NO refund
policy. However, as a paid attendee you will receive all the download links to all course videos (if for some reason you cannot
attend all the session/s).

SBIsetup graduates who want to become our resellers are given an additional 5% commission.
If you have any questions about our pre-registration and payment processes for our 12-week SBIsetup courses

online to answer your questions, leave us a message and we will respond within 24 hours.

Your training starts after consultation with you on times etc, and when 100% of 1.5 hour or 50% of 5.5 hour
course fee has been paid (remaining 50% payable half way through sessions).

One Hour is ONE hour. You are paying for training sessions
held in the conference room (and their recordings). If you need additional support purchase a Pay for Support
package.

Your PayForSupport Sessions start as soon as your payment has been made and you have downloaded and installed the Deskview
application for us to communicate with each other.

One Question is ONE question! If you mix two questions into one
question it will counted as two questions, and deducted from your question count.
