ALL SBI Setup trainings are conducted *LIVE* on the Internet by a Specialist SBI! Webmaster and Accredited Sitesell Instructor.  You are trained RIGHT from your own computer desktop once a week over a 12 week period.  

You build your own SBI web site as you learn.

To attend a 12 week SBIsetup online training course  Do the Following...

1. Complete the pre-registration of interest form  AND, then...
2. Download the PDF ebook with access instructions to our Conference room AND...
3. READ the eBook.  Follow its instructions to ensure you can access the room...

When FIVE people have registered for a specific SBIsetup course you are emailed and asked to complete payment.  When payments are complete the course commences.

Once a course commences we have a ZERO refund policy (See Note 2).

Note 1: The reason we use this pre-registration process is because it's not humanly possible to accommodate every person's needs across 24 time zones at the same time.

If waiting for (at least) FIVE people to sign up doesn't work for you then arrange a One On One Course or a Pay for Support Package.

Note 2:  If people change their minds between pre-registration and payment (the result being not enough participants to commence a course) then those who have paid are given the options of remaining on the paid list until the NEXT course begins, or a refund (minus a $25.00 service charge).

Note 3:  It is your responsibility to ensure you have access to our conference system before we start your training sessions. You will have read the PDF guide and watched the videos on how to use our conference system (within Deskview and the guide). 

It is extremely rare, however... if you experience technical glitches with the conference system these 'glitches' are ALWAYS related to your ISP connection or settings on your computer.  You will need to get these connectivity issues sorted out BEFORE you start your training. 

We provide a 30 minute technical orientation before we commence any course.  

After you purchase your 12 Week ONLINE training package...

1. You receive an email with installation instructions for the DeskView program. 
2. You will install DeskView as instructed in the email.
3. Once inside DeskView view the video on accessing the conference room. 
4. You get Deskview alerts reminding you of scheduled training sessions. 
5. Enter the conference room using a unique password issued via Deskview.

Twenty four hours after each training session has finished you receive a download link (via DeskView) for the recording of the SBIsetup session you have just attended.
